Unmasked Stories Coaching is a coaching service rooted in the belief that our stories and our identities are the strongest tools we have to learn from.

Unmasked Stories Coaching is in service to artists, practitioners, and educators who are wanting to create and who are wanting to explore any limiting beliefs or attitudes that hinder or disrupt creation and the access to one’s stories and identities; or who are wanting to create a new narrative for themselves.
Stories
Unmasked Stories is a coaching service rooted in the understanding of the impacts of colonization and the constructs of systems of power and oppression on our psyches, ourselves and our relationships.
Unmasked Stories coaching is informed from introductory training and materials from: Leadership that Works training institute, ‘Coaching for Healing, Justice and Liberation,’ specifically from trainers Sarah Jawaid & Damon Azali-Rojas, Restorative Justice and relationship centered paradigms of theory, application and practices; such as needs, harms and accountabilities. My practice is also informed from Image Theater, Theater of the Oppressed techniques with specific application from Rainbow of Desire work.
My practice includes modalities of intuition, metaphor, image making, creative expression, sensory work, breath and sound, and questions. Examples of coaching questions include:
Where in your life do you want to cultivate ABUNDANCE?
What do you need to CREATE?
What needs RELEASE that no longer serves you?
This coaching service is about choice, agency and activation. This work is co-created by myself and you as- ‘coaching partner’- seeking exploration to access and activate the resources of stories and identities already in existence within you; to support choice, agency or a response to what your intended goal or desire may be.
What is the impact to me when I’m challenged from accessing and tapping into my identities and stories?
What is the impact to my desires, choices and goals, when I’m challenged from accessing and tapping into my identities and stories?
What are the stories I root myself in that are actually harmful or challenges my growth in the work I want to do?
How can I push myself further to reach towards my desires, choices, and goals from a spirit of liberation?
Sessions are typically 40 to 45 minutes. Sliding Scale rate of $100 to $150.
First Exploratory Session is free and a chance for us both to explore frameworks, ask questions, engage in convivio, community and relationship building, and to hear from you what you would like to receive coaching on. This session is also to explore if collaboration in coaching partnership is a fit for us both. I can also recommend other amazing coaches that have coached me. If we both decide to proceed then we schedule a coaching session.
