Purpose and Objective of Restorative Justice in Schools

Restorative Justice works towards prevention of conflicts and harm while bridging the work of culture building and relationship building for school cultures of communication, where needs are defined and community is built on relationships, where stronger school communities are transformed by changing the paradigms of discipline and the idea that a school is a community.

I’ve trained teachers, administrators, staff and service providers from Los Angeles Unified School District, Santa Ana Unified School District, Building Healthy Communities Collaborative Community Service Providers, Santa Ana, and Watts Labor Community Action Committee, Gang Reduction Youth Development.
